In wrestling, it's hard to keep the fan's attention with simple one-fall bouts, and in here it is no different.
That is why we must spice things up once in a while: with different match types.
Triple Threat- In the event a champion is challenged by two challengers and feels they are both deserving of title shots, he may challenge both to a triple threat. This is a simple triple elimination type bout with the challengers first battling eachother, with the winner of that battle facing the champion. The loser of that battle will face the loser of the first match, and this will be repeated until one player loses three times, thus getting eliminated. The two finalists will battle best two out of three to determine a champion.
"Steel Cage" match- The whole concept of a cage match in wrestling is simple- no escape. So in ACB, you cannot escape. What does that mean, you ask? This means that switching is dissallowed in this type of bout. Sure to cause some interesting matches......
No Holds Barred- No rules: plain and simple. No sleep clause, freeze clause, etc. You get the picture. I will however ban evasion, because evasion is just gay. But ubers and all of that......yeah.
Captain-Fall match- In this match, you must select a poke from your team to be captain and tell me or another booker who it is before your match. The first battler to kill the opponent's captain is winner. You're encouraged NOT to inform your opponent who your captain is.
Type vs Type-
I or another booker will choose randomly a a type for each opponent. You may only use the type assigned to you in this battle. Dual-types are allowed.
Uber-palooza-
Three Mews-Three Mewtwos. Duke it out.
Region Match-
I believe a tourny was held here under these stipulations a long time ago, IIRC. Anyway, I will assign a region of Kanto to each opponent and they will choose a team made up of Pokemon native to that region.
